Q: How can I view my transaction history?

A: You can view your transaction history by logging in to your account dashboard. From there, you'll be able to see a detailed list of all transactions processed through KUNA Pay, including the date, time, amount, currency used, and the exchange rate in the case when auto-conversion was turned on.

Q: How long does it take for transactions to be processed?

A: The processing time for transactions will vary depending on the cryptocurrency being used and the current network congestion. In general, transactions with faster confirmation times, such as Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash, will be processed more quickly than those with slower confirmation times, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum. However, we strive to process all transactions as quickly as possible, and our system is designed to automatically detect and adjust to changing network conditions.

Q: What happens if a transaction fails?

A: If a transaction fails, the cryptocurrency will be returned to the sending address. However, there may be fees associated with failed transactions, depending on the cryptocurrency being used and the reason for the failure. We recommend double-checking all transaction details before submitting a payment to minimize the risk of failed transactions.

Q: Can I cancel or refund a transaction?

A: Once a transaction has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This is due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, which are irreversible once confirmed on the network. However, if you have any questions or concerns about a particular transaction, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Q: How are transaction fees calculated?

A: Transaction fees are calculated based on the size of the transaction and the current network congestion. In general, larger transactions and transactions during high network congestion will have higher fees.
