Q: How do I make a deposit in the crypto payment system?

A: To make a deposit, log in to your KUNA Pay account and navigate to the Assets menu item. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, copy the provided wallet address, and transfer your funds to that address.

Q: Are there any fees associated with crypto deposits?

At the moment KUNA Pay doesn’t have specific fee for Deposits.

 

Q: How long does it take for a crypto deposit to reflect in my account?

A: Deposit times vary based on the blockchain network and the number of confirmations required. Typically, deposits are processed within minutes, but it may take longer during network congestion.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum deposit limit for cryptocurrencies?

A: At the moment KUNA Pay doesn’t have any limits, however the transactions for more than 15 000 EUR can have an additional check. In this case, you may be contacted by KUNA Pay support team to provide additional documents.

Q: Can I cancel or reverse a crypto deposit?

A: In general, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a deposit is initiated, it cannot be canceled or reversed. Always double-check the destination wallet address before initiating a deposit.

Q: What security measures are in place for crypto deposits?

A: KUNA Pay employ various security measures, including encryption, two-factor authentication, and cold storage of funds.

 

Q: Can I deposit fiat currency into my crypto payment system account?

A: KUNA Pay doesn’t provide the ability to deposit fiat currencies at the moment.

Q: What should I do if my deposit is not reflecting in my account?

A: If your deposit is not appearing in your account after a reasonable amount of time, verify the transaction status on the blockchain. If issues persist, contact customer support for assistance via email support@kunapay.io or Live Chat from the merchant cabinet (it’s available in the top right corner on each page), providing transaction details for faster resolution.
